Returns and exchanges
Every item in our store is a unique, print-on-demand product created especially for you after you place an order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind. Please check the sizing charts and product details carefully before making your purchase.
Damaged or defective items
We are committed to delivering high-quality products. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or is otherwise defective, we will happily offer a free replacement or a refund.
Here’s what to do if you receive a flawed item:
- Report the issue within 30 days of delivery. This is the timeframe required by our production partner, Printify.
- Provide clear photo evidence. Take photos of the damaged or defective product and include your order number.
- Contact our customer support team via your tracking emails, or AltCenterTees@gmail.com. Send an email with the photos and a description of the issue.
There is no need to return the defective product. Our team will review the claim and work with our production partner to provide a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Lost in transit
If your package seems to be lost in transit, please contact us. Our team will investigate with the shipping carrier. If an order is officially deemed lost, we will arrange for a free replacement or refund.
Wrong address
If you've provided an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment may be returned to our facility. In this case, you will be liable for the cost of reshipment once we have confirmed an updated address. We will contact you to confirm the correct address and payment for reshipment.
